Summer Sports Experience

This free summer program funded by the Willie Randolph Foundation provides children ages 7-15 with intensive, structured lessons in a variety of sports. Experienced coaches teach fundamental skills in baseball/softball, basketball, soccer, track and field, tennis, and more.

Adult Lap Swimming

The 26th annual outdoor adult lap swim program gives adults the chance to take to the water for health and fitness without interruption from other swimmers. Participants who swim 25 miles or more over the summer will receive a free t-shirt, and prizes will be awarded for swimming the distance.

Step Out New York

Want to see your city and get fit with friends? Then Step Out! Participants in this walking fitness program meet in over 50 park locations to take part in organized 1 ½ to 2 mile walks. Join walkers of all ages getting up, getting out, and experiencing the city while using one of the most effective, low-impact, and low-cost methods of achieving and maintaining fitness.
